SELF-CARE

It’s hard to prioritize self-care activities, but you’ll have an easier time maintaining positive habits when good health is your strong, resilient foundation. That begins with good self-care.

In this quiz you will think about how frequently, or how well, you are performing different self-care activities and help you identify the areas of that could use more time and attention.

This is not meant to be a diagnostic assessment. Instead, it is a tool to help you learn about your self-care needs by spotting patterns and recognizing areas of your life that need more attention.

There are no right or wrong answers to these questions, and some of them may require a bit of thought. Take your time and answer each question to the best of your ability based on your self-care practices right now.
